Our application process is mostly based on the advertised position. If you are interested, we will contact you and conduct one or two rounds of interviews, sometimes initially as a video interview. For speculative applications, we ask for a little patience as we need to carefully review applications and seek a way to offer suitable candidates a career in our company.
We offer remuneration based on the collective agreements of the metal and electrical industry. Depending on the area of activity, various benefits are available beyond the pay scale.
In addition to a company pension scheme, various social benefits are available, such as support payments for the birth of a child, for a wedding or company anniversaries. We are also happy to support employees who are interested and willing to learn undergo professional development and further training.
The working hours depend on the department. We have a fully continuous shift operations, working at all hours. In the commercial sector, there are different shift models, such as the early shift from Monday to Friday or a 7-day cycle in 3-shift operations.
In the administrative sector, the option of flexitime with fixed core working hours will be further expanded.
Your safety is our top priority! You will be furnished with necessary and prescribed protective work clothing (cleaned, of course).
There is no official dress code for our administrative staff. From casual-chic to suiting up for client meetings, the choice is yours.
